From: Brighton, England

This Brighton band formed in 1968 and consisted of Steve Brayne (guitar), Winston Weatherhill (guitar, sitar), David Windross (bass, piano), Tim Reeves (drums) and Alex Lane (keyboards). They issued a sole LP titled For Fox Sake and supporting 45 on the Fontana label in 1970. Both records contain the outstanding track 'Butterfly' featured here on TWOS.

It has also been verified that this band had no relation to another British group named the Fox that released the single 'Hey! Mr. Carpenter' in 1968.

If you have any further information on this group, please e-mail to paulmaze@techwebsound.com.

Artist information sources include: The book, 'Tapestry of Delights Revisited' by Vernon Joynson.
