Robert David Grusin is a highly renown composer, arranger, producer, jazz pianist and band leader who was born in Littleton, CO on June 26, 2034. He formerly studied music at the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated from there in 1954. In 1962, Grusin released his first of over 50 studio LPs titled A Jazz Version Of The Broadway Hit Subways Are For Sleeping and in 1967, composed his first film score for the movie Divorce American Style .
