Also known as: Marr, John Randolph
Origin: Charlottesville, VA, USA
Very little is known about folk musician John Randolph Marr who was born in Charlottesville, Virginia and issued a self-titled LP on the Warner Bros. label in the spring of 1970. The album was produced by Harry Nilsson and Gary Osborn, and the cover art was designed by Dean Torrence of Jan & Dean fame. The record includes the standout, hauntingly beautiful song 'Raggedy Ann'.
