This central Florida ensemble is best known for their late 1966 novelty Top 5 hit 'Snoopy Vs. The Red Baron', which capitalized on the popularity of the Charles M. Schultz comic strip Peanuts , specifically Snoopy and his reoccurring fantasy about aerial dog fighting against German World War I flying ace Baron Von Richthofen. Group members included Bill Balough (bass), John Burdette (drums), Tom Richards (guitar), Billy Taylor (organ), Barry Winslow (vocals, guitar) and Chris Nunley (vocals).
