Originally known as the Chesmann, this Missouri band formed in 1964 with original members Dave Huffines (lead guitar) and brothers Ron (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), Steve (bass, vocals) and Gary Hodgden (drums, vocals). They were very popular around the local area, gigging in various clubs and other hotspots. In 1967, Huffines left and was replaced by Jim McAllister (lead guitar). The group issued their one and only record ('Circles (Instant Party)' b/w 'Try') on the local Lion label in 1969.
