Very little is known about this L.A. artist who issued a self-titled LP and two 45s in 1970, and a final single in 1972, all on the Hollywood based Amaret label. Dave Antrell was in actuality the stage-name of David Harrison Antrobus, who was finishing up his undergraduate studies in pre-med at Stanford University when his album came out on Amaret. Prior to releasing his records, Antrobus had been a songwriter in the late 60s working for well-known Association producer Gary S. Paxton.
