From: San Jose, CA, USA

This San Jose high school band formed in 1967 and cut their teeth gigging at local teen dances. Members included Jim Bates (lead vocals), Pat Gallagher (lead guitar, vocals), Dave Monley (keyboards, guitar), Barry Smith (bass) and George Brix (drums).

Their 1968 self-titled LP was the result of the group winning a national "Battle of the Bands" contest in New York. This also gave them the opportunity to be featured on the soundtrack and play background music for the 1969 film Cycle Savages, starring Bruce Dern. Their album includes the standout track 'Falling'.
