This Chico, CA group formed back in August, 1965 and was originally known as the Medallions. After changing their name to Afterglow, they released one self-titled LP in 1968, which was produced by Larry Goldberg and Leo Kulka (this duo were regulars at Golden State Recorders and also produced records for the Maze and Neighb'rhood Childr'n, to name a few). Members of the band included Gene Resler (vocals), Tony Tecumseh (guitar), Ron George (bass), Larry Alexander (drums) and Roger Swanson (organ).
