Very little is known of this San Mateo outfit that had a few of their previously unreleased tracks, including the outstanding 'Napoleon', finally issued on the 'Nuggets From The Golden State: Crystalize Your Mind' compilation in 1994. According to the liner notes included, the band was originally known as the Scavengers and was led by singer-songwriter Billy Nelson (lead vocals).
