Almost nothing is known of this U.S. ensemble that issued one single ('Give It Time' b/w the outstanding 'Misty Morning Confrontation') on the Verve Forecast label in early 1968. Both sides of the 45 were written by Bill Thompson (the "Bill" in Bill & Howdy) and produced by Felix Pappalardi of Cream and Mountain fame.
