This outfit was presumably a studio only concoction created for the songwriting duo of Stephen Schlaks and Charlie Weiss. They issued one 45 ('When Charlie's Doin' His Thing' b/w the 'Three-Part Invention (Too Many Trees In The Forest)') under this moniker on the Capitol label in the summer of 1968. The B-side is a nice slice of hypnotic psych.
