From: Los Angeles, CA, USA

In all accounts, the Oracle was an L.A. studio project concocted and produced by the team of Curt Boettcher and ex-Music Machine bassist turned producer Keith Olsen. The song 'Don’t Say No' is a strange, haunting piece penned by Ruthann Friedman, a New York City folk singer who had previously written the hit 'Windy' for the Association. Boettcher was of course also heavily involved with the Association and would later go on to work with Olsen in Sagittarius and the Millennium.

Artist information sources include: The book, 'Fuzz, Acid, and Flowers Revisited' by Vernon Joynson.
